Apple-sauce

Ingredients
.3 apples
. ½ cup water
. 1 teaspoon sugar powder
. 1 pinch cinnamon powder (optional)
. 1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
. ½ teaspoon lemon zest

Method
. Peel and cut apples into dices
. Pour water in a saucepan, add apple flesh and lemon juice, mix and bring to boil on low heat for 15 minutes or till the apple soften
.Remove from heat and let the mixture to cool completely
. After cooling completely, pour it in a mixture, with the rest of the ingredients. Mix till obtain a thick paste.
. Serve hot or cold with pancakes, or even with dishes
. This sauce can be preserve in refrigerator for at least 5 days
